It also uses a “depth crawl” system to generate new island locations similar to the procedures in The Stygian Library and The Gardens of Ynn. This book is a self-contained RPG, and includes everything from character generation to lore, worldbuilding tools, quests and rumors, detailed locations, NPCs, treasures, and bestiaries. However, if you are already playing an Into the Odd or Cairn-like campaign, then you can also simply add the Undying Sea as a new adventuring region to your existing world using your current rules.
